Community Memory Screenings will start at 4 p.m. Jan. 17 at Swanton Health Care & Retirement Center, 214 S. Munson Rd., Swanton. The screenings are by appointment only by calling 419-825-1145. Ask for Chris Cremean. Memory Nice sentiments screenings average five to 10 minutes and consist of questions and tasks to assess memory. They do not diagnose any illness but can indicate whether someone should follow up with a full medical exam.
